How we work

An implementation partner, from diagnosis to handover.

Every engagement follows the same six stages. Software arrives in the middle of the process, and the last stage exists to leave the institution able to run the system itself.

Methodology

Six stages, one accountable team.

Each stage ends with something the institution can hold: a report, a design, a live pilot, a service, an evaluation or a plan.
  1. 01Before

    Diagnose

Understand the programme as it runs today: structures, data, connectivity and constraints.

    Activities

    • Stakeholder and site visits
    • Data and process inventory
    • Connectivity and device review

    Output

    Diagnostic report and recommended path

  2. 02Before

    Design

Configure workflows, roles and reports around the institution's existing administrative levels.

    Activities

    • Workflow and approval design
    • Role and geography model
    • Reporting requirements

    Output

    Programme and system design

  3. 03Live

    Deploy

Train officers, equip teams and go live in phases, starting with a defined area.

    Activities

    • Officer training
    • Phased go-live
    • Field support

    Output

    Live pilot in agreed geography

  4. 04Live

    Operate

Run, support and maintain day-to-day operations alongside institutional teams.

    Activities

    • Service support
    • Data quality review
    • Change management

    Output

    Operational support and service reporting

  5. 05Review

    Measure

Assess results against the criteria agreed at the design stage.

    Activities

    • Criteria agreed up front
    • Evidence from the record
    • Independent review where required

    Output

    Evaluation against agreed criteria

  6. 06After

    Transfer capability

Hand over skills, documentation and ownership so the institution can run the system.

    Activities

    • Skills transfer
    • Documentation
    • Ownership and continuity plan

    Output

    Capability and ownership plan

Principles

How engagements are run.

  • 01

    Diagnose before choosing a system

We start from how the programme runs today — its structures, data, connectivity and constraints — not from a product.

  • 02

    Start in a defined area

Deployment begins in an agreed geography, is supported in the field, and expands in phases once it works.

  • 03

    Configure to the institution

Workflows, roles and reports follow the institution's own administrative levels and approval chains.

  • 04

    Agree the measures up front

Results are assessed against criteria agreed at design, using evidence from the record itself.

  • 05

    Leave capability behind

Skills, documentation and ownership are transferred so the institution can run the system itself.
